Returns & Exchanges

At Ritual Labs B2, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
